We are well-funded and growing rapidly, with many exciting opportunities to work with leading brands and ecommerce platforms across multiple categories and experience what it takes to drive a successful ecommerce business end to end.The roleAs Country CEO you are fully responsible for driving all aspects of our business in the Philippines, ranging from business development to acquire more leading brands, strengthen relationships with adopting and rolling out new Intrepid services & technology, building and strengthening the team both in terms of organization and processes, and last but not least you are responsible for delivering the P&L targets.Your responsibilities would include: Drive business development with consumer brands across our Ecommerce, Marketing and Technology & Analytics business units, working together with the country BD Director on lead generation, crafting commercial proposals & business cases, and pitching and negotiating with senior ecommerce and business stakeholders, working closely with Marketing and regional teams Develop and implement growth & sales strategies for each business unit, initiate complementary partnerships, and maintain strong relationships with the ecommerce platforms Lazada & Shopee Responsible for delivering our Group operational & service quality KPIs & SLAs, maintaining the highest standards Responsible for budget and cashflow management and delivering the Philippines P&L targets across our different business units. Build processes and ways of working to enable smooth operations and running of the business. Team manager of the Philippines country team and our International Hub team, responsible for people management and capability development. Backed by a strong regional team, and our open, collaborative and fun culture, this role offers an exciting growth journey and opportunity to co-create our success story.The ideal candidate Master's degree 10+ years of work experience Prior in senior commercial / general management roles either at Lazada or Shopee, heading ecommerce at a leading brand, an ecommerce enabler or similar. Consulting experience is a plus Strong knowledge of ecommerce marketplace practices, platforms, tools & systems Strong understanding and experience in ecommerce and digital marketing. Tech / Analytics / Saas experience is a plus Business Development / Commercial experience, ideally pitching tailor made service solutions and engaging with ecommerce & C-level stakeholders of consumer brands in the Philippines Strong network with consumer brands in the Philippines and with potential ecommerce talent across various functions Financially literate, P&L management experience, understanding of retail business / distributor business models and margin structures, understanding of typical brand P&L structures Proven team management experience across multiple functions. Able to build a team, enable it to perform and foster a positive team culture Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, able to craft compelling proposals. Strong analytical, excel and problem-solving skills, able to structure problems in excel models and processes Collaborative team player, culturally sensitive, fun-loving, driven and results-orientedJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php300,000.00 - Php500,000.00 per monthSchedule:
