Develop and execute data-driven, brand-aligned digital marketing strategies for all online channels so that company can build sustained, consistent, and growing revenue streams.
Manage and optimise campaign budgets, and contribute to the content creation process
Collaborate with multiple teams to understand operational capabilities and optimise website user journeys and funnels across various consumer segments.
Monitor and analyse new and emerging technology and methods to continuously enhance and improve the performance of website and online platforms.
Perform analytical work in relation to audits, optimisation, conversion, and a/b testing.
Develop deep knowledge of our data infrastructure, drive cross-channel attribution and evaluate digital marketing efforts through weekly performance reports
Develop a holistic and data-driven approach for both immediate and long-term CRM strategy, effectively driving awareness, engagement, purchasing behaviour and retention.
Assist to drive and manage revenue targets for all online platforms, including both F&B (same-day, advance order, catering, corporate) and retail e-commerce stores, support the optimisation of traffic generating channels and drive strategic insights for online marketing programs and promotions, brand awareness and ecommerce performance.

Plain Vanilla Bakery it started out with a simple, earnest ambition to create and share some good old-fashioned cake with our local community; cake that was made with real wholesome ingredients, and was familiar and comforting. In a world of mass-produced confections, we wanted to go back to basics and bake like our mums and grandmothers used to – moist red velvet cupcakes topped with vanilla buttercream, apple pound cake drizzled with caramel, decadent chocolate brownies, warm and fudgey on the inside. Requirements
Degree or diploma in marketing, business, or a similarly relevant field
At least 3+ years’ experience working in an ecommerce, direct channel sales and digital marketing positions
Good knowledge of social media channels, paid advertising, Google Analytics, SEO and website optimisation (UI/UX)
Must have had exposure to CRM and data management
Retail industry experience is desirable
Experience in Shopify, Mailchimp and Tableau a plus
Passion for lifestyle offerings, new technologies, learning, content and driving long-term brand value
Analytical, attentive to detail and able to utilize knowledge of data, consumer behaviour and market trends to develop data-driven strategies that maximize online revenue and enhance brand equity
