Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a disruptive leasing model.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key OEMs, energy suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and other partners to broaden the platform\'s offerings and reach.
- Identify and engage with potential clients across markets in Asia
- Lead negotiations with potential customers and partners, crafting win-win agreements that foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Attract, inspire, and mentor top talent, building a cohesive team committed to the platform\'s mission.
- Champion a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to explore groundbreaking ideas and solutions.
- Oversee financial management, ensuring judicious use of resources to propel the platform\'s growth while maintaining financial stability.
- Proven leadership experience at the CEO level within the leasing industry, with a strong track record of building and growing successful leasing ventures.
- A well-established network within the leasing industry, including connections with OEMs, equipment manufacturers, and potential clients.
- A visionary entrepreneur with a passion for driving positive change and a commitment to sustainability.
- Demonstrated financial acumen, capable of managing resources strategically to drive profitability and growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to foster relationships with stakeholders and investors.
