Job details:
- Oversee overall operations to ensure eiciency, quality, service, and cost-eective management of resources.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the industry
- Develop annual budgets and ensure the company meets its \xef\xac\x81nancial goals.
- Ensure the organization remains \xef\xac\x81nancially viable, making necessary \xef\xac\x81nancial decisions to strengthen \xef\xac\x81nancial sustainability of the Home.
- Identify and manage \xef\xac\x81nancial risks and opportunities for the Home.
- Monitor company performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the \xef\xac\x81gurative head of the organization when communicating with stakeholders, government entities and the general public.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, as well as forge partnerships with stakeholders, government entities and the general public
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimally a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any \xef\xac\x81eld
\xef\x82\xb7 At least 10 years of experience in senior leadership
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven track record in strategic planning, \xef\xac\x81nancial management, fundraising, public relations and communications.
