Your key responsibilities:The ESG Associate/Analyst will be based in Singapore and will report the Director of ESG for APAC and MEA. The ESG Associate/Analyst will operate with the following responsibilities:Responsibilities:

• Assist the ESG COE team in supporting transaction teams and clients in preparation of ESG transactions
• Conduct company research and prepare information material on sustainability programs of companies, presenting them in client-ready power point presentations and or other formats as required for the engagement
• Conduct research on relevant global standards for ESG-compliant transactions and associated metrics to measure, monitor and report on ESG impact
• Conduct research on reputational risk issues associated with transactions with environmental, social and political sensitives
• Support the development of internal expertise on ESG via knowledge acquisition and dissemination by managing knowledge repository and various internal platforms to establish knowledge database
• Work with DB\'s communications team to support external communications vis-\xc3\xa0-vis ESG credentials and experiences of DB
• Work on financial models and economic models in the structuring of ESG transactions, including the selection of ESG KPIs and preparation of ESG impact/results frameworks
• Assist the ESG COE team to coordinate any ESG related matters as appropriate

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 1 year relevant ESG sustainability programs experience
• Highly motivated and excellent written and analytical skills
• Excellent research skills, including experience using Refinitiv, Bloomberg and other ESG data platforms
• Fully proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• An open mind and willingness to learn
