OverviewElement has an opportunity for a Certification Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the certification process for products, systems or services and to ensure compliance with applicable standards.Responsibilities

• Assist to review certification applications and prepare price proposal to sales for quotation.
• Liaise with certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and auditors to facilitate certification audits and inspections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of certifications, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare reports on certification status, audit findings, and corrective actions.
• Involve and Assist to update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to certification processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
• Manage administrative related work such as Sales Order and billing to the customer

Skills / Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or Engineering
• Certification or training in Quality Management System is an advantage
• At least 3 years or more working experience
• Prior work experience in Testing, Inspection and Certification business will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Attentive to details
