Job Description
We are looking for a Pilates Instructor who specialises in rehabilitation, scoliosis, women wellness and/or working with the elderly population. The ideal candidate must have proven track record of client relationship building and is an excellent team player. Someone with at least 7 years of teaching experience will be considered for the senior instructor position. This is a freelance position. Requirements include:
- Comprehensively certified by an internationally recognized Pilates education organization.
- Minimum 7 years of teaching experience for the senior instructor position. Those with lesser experience will be considered for a regular Pilates instructor position.
- Completed advanced Pilates teaching in handling special population.
- Must be able to demonstrate skills and experience in with at least one specialty area: rehabilitation, scoliosis, prenatal & postnatal and working with seniors.
- Experience in teaching Pilates in a physiotherapy or rehabiliation clinic is highly desirable.
- Pleasant and outgoing deposition with excellent communication skills
- Excellent client relationship building and management the key to be successful in this position.
- Must be reliable, professional and be able to work within a team orientated environment
- This is a freelance, hourly-paid position
