Keen to hire a driven and agile Finance leader with strong commercial acumen and high adaptability to work in a dynamic start-up environment.The successful candidate should have experience working with PE owners and it will be highly advantageous to have business exit exposure.BudgetS$18,000 - S$20,000 per month + BonusRequirements

• MUST: CFO/ FD candidates who have worked with PE owners and it will be a strong plus to have business exit exposure
• Strong commercial acumen, demonstrating successful track record in driving business growth and delivering expansion plans, with a stronger focus in strategic business partnering
• Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare industry exposure can be a strong value-add
• Traits: Confident, highly driven & energetic, high adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and unstructured environment, highly independent, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work with international stakeholders

Job ScopeReporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the Private Equity stakeholders, you will oversee an international portfolio comprising of strategic planning, FP&A, finance controllership, cash flow management, risk management, reporting, tax, audit, treasury and internal controls.
