The Company
Our client is a leader within the real estate and property sector with assets across Asia, Europe and Americas. As they continue with their expansion globally, they are seeking a CFO to join their dynamic organization.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO as well as Executive Committee, you will lead a team to oversee the entire accounting and finance function for the business. Your responsibilities include leading the accounting operations, financing, promoting and driving finance strategies as well as supporting the senior management team in various investment opportunities.
This is a highly visible role within the organization and you will be a key decision maker and driver of continuous improvement and efficiency projects throughout the organization.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the finance organization
- At least 15 years of experience (ideally within the Real Estate industry)
- Proven experience with listed companies and/or prior listing experience
- Prior Big 4 exposure
