As our Change Communications Specialist, you\'ll play a crucial role in ensuring our change initiatives are communicated effectively to key audiences. You\'re a natural storyteller with excellent communication skills and experience creating and delivering communication plans across various channels.

You\'re a strong project manager and relationship builder with a solid understanding of change management methodologies. You\'re passionate about driving effective communication and collaboration, and you\'re excited about using your skills to make a real impact on our organization\'s change initiatives.

What you\'ll deliver / own

  • End-to-end Workplace Strategy and Change for clients including pre-sales conversations, client engagements, key deliverables, integration with design and construction
  • You will have the opportunity to own your client relationships and work in your own style (or have the support to develop your own style towards this)
  • Cultural contributions to a rapidly growing and agile team in Asia
What you\'re responsible for
  • Lead the development of change management communication strategies and plans that support organizational change initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary
  • Create and deliver communication materials such as emails, presentations, videos, and other collateral to convey key messages and ensure a consistent and clear communication approach across different channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective and timely communication of change initiatives
  • Plan and execute communication events and activities, such as town halls, webinars, and training sessions, to engage and inform employees
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication plans and adjust strategies as needed to improve results
  • Manage project timelines and budgets for communication plans and activities
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to change management communications
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed
About you
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or previous experience with relevant transferable skills
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in change management communications, employee communications, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience creating and delivering communication plans and materials across multiple channels
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence without authority
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management tools and technologies
