The Job

Conduct thorough assessments of organizational change readiness and impact.
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Develop and maintain change management tools, templates, and resources.
