  • Adecco is partnering with a Technology Consulting MNC to search for a Change Management Consultant
  • The successful candidate must come with experience in Change Management/Communications and Business Process Management
  • Central Office Location
  • This role will start off as a contract position
The Talent
  • Min 3-4 years of Change Management experience (Communication & Process)
  • Business Process Change Management experience
  • Experience with Project Management Tools a plus
The Job
  • Conduct thorough assessments of organizational change readiness and impact.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Develop and maintain change management tools, templates, and resources.
