Identify stakeholders and create tailored communication plans to engage and inform them.
Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to develop training materials and resources.
Design and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on changes.
Assess training needs and coordinate training sessions for different user groups.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders during the transition.
Lead workshops and meetings to promote understanding and buy-in.
Address resistance to change through mitigation strategies and interventions.
Develop post-implementation support plans for sustained user adoption.
Capture lessons learned and share best practices in change management.
Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance change management capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
Proven experience leading change management efforts for IT development projects in complex organizations.
In-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience designing and delivering training programs for IT projects or technology implementations.
Strong instructional design skills for creating engaging and interactive training content.
Ability to analyze training needs and customize programs for diverse stakeholders.
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is highly desirable.
Proficiency in change management and training tools, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia software.
Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic work environments, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
