We are looking for an experienced Channel Executive, Institution to provide the below responsibilities:
  • Support Channel Manager in the channel/ customer’s thinking, to develop and implement channel/ customer’s strategies with a horizon of 6 - 18 months
  • Experience in Tender Procedure of government sector and/or Inflight Catering companies and able to work with distributor
  • Understand and able to drive customer’s insights and developments, familiar with healthcare and institution sector will be advantaged
  • Jointly manage customer sales and profitability to achieve sustainable growth
  • Support Integrated Commercial Planning process
  • Able to work with distributor
  • To ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities identified in the Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions
  • To ensure compliance /provide support to all related activities identified in OHSAS

What will make you successful


  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma with more than 5 years working experience in similar fields
  • Experienced working with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Well-verse in Microsoft office (Outlook, Teams, MS words, excel and PowerPoint)
  • Distributor Management
  • Channel/ Customer Insight
  • Category Product Knowledge
  • Analytical mindset and positive attitude
  • Financial statement understanding
  • Capable of problem solving in conflict situation and with good negotiation skills
  • Customer centricity
