We are looking for an experienced individual like you to be a part of our energetic and successful team in making a difference to people's lives and empowering you to drive growth and be the difference!About the roleIn this role, you will develop and drive sales plans to promote and sell our laboratory consumables, reagents and equipment to the Institution (universities and institutes) or the Industry (food manufacturers and testing laboratories) market(s).
You are responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new customers, and managing sales strategies to improve market share and profitability for the business. You will take lead in driving good and effective communication with customers/partners, understanding customers needs, and fostering long-term business relationships. Together as a team, you will develop SPD Scientific company image in the market as a reliable partner for all their needs.
By keeping an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technical developments, you will provide valuable insights and reports to the management team and maintain business continuity.Skills and experience required

• Masters/Degree/Diploma in Biomedical, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Lifesciences or related field
• Prior sales/lab experience in research institutions or industrial testing laboratories is preferred
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence customers at all levels
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Mature, professional, goal-orientated and creative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
