The Job
Our client is a well established insurance company looking for a seasoned Channel Management individual to join the exciting team. The person is responsible for managing, promoting, and supporting regional and country\'s business related to Distribution, Sales and Channel management whom he/she is assigned to.
He/she is expected to validate the Mid Term strategy and business plans; have full insights into the BU\'s key strategies and drivers for each channel, including activities needed to support growth and delivery of business plans.
He/she must influence the BUs (including the CDO of BU, head of agency, head of Banca) to implement relevant strategic imperatives and tactical activities to drive sales and build sustainable channels within BUs.
Ideally he/she must have been in the life insurance industry for at least 10 years and understands channel management, sale processes, all types of life/general products, and the types of support functions needed.
