We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to join our Channel Marketing Team in support of our Geforce GTX & G-Sync consumer product lines. In this role you will work closely with the Product Management, Sales, & Channel Teams to develop co-marketing partnership programs with our graphics card, monitor, laptop and system builder partners. What you\'ll be doing:
Drive efficient channel marketing program operations, and monitor closely on the status of each program from approval to execution. Support timely documentation (a.k.a PAF) submission by channel partners to ensure approved budgets were fully utilized.
Actively engage with country teams and channel partners to learn the latest landscape of IT channels, work with sales team keep improving our channel strategy that optimizes our marketing programs investments.
Work with function marketing teams to understand the new opportunities, assets and focus that could be implemented in channel, and improve consumer engagement through channel, reflect these opportunities in the quarterly and annual channel marketing program planning.
Provide guidance to country teams with the planning and execution for channel marketing programs, ensuring program KPIs are well set and sufficiently met or exceeded while aligning with NVIDIA brand and MDF guidelines.
Provide weekly executive summaries on channel program execution status, call out highlights and lowlights.
Monitor timely submission of partner marketing program claim documents and ensure compliance. Provide quarterly analysis and dashboards to reflect on program success.
Provide real time tracking of key channel programs in terms of sales results and propose changes if necessary to ensure programs are optimized.
Track region\xe2\x80\x99s retail sales training targets, manage data analytics of training completion to identity gaps and growth opportunities. Responsible for training incentive reward program to grow retail sales loyalty.
Manage localization of channel marketing assets and training content, maintain a library of the latest channel marketing assets for distribution to the country teams.
Support high growth markets especially India to grow GPU/PCs/laptops businesses.
What we need to see:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of relevant working experience ideally in related industries.
Understanding gaming and PC/IT business is a key advantage.
Understanding channel eco-system in the ROAP region, past experience working with retailers an added advantage.
Attentive to details, good analytical skills and ability to interpret trends and data to assist leaders in making informed business decisions.
Strong communication skills, a good team player with positive can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize work and embrace changes.
