Job Description
Role of Channel R&M Officer (Pre-Processing) is to perform pre-processing of applications received and ensured that onboarding of users are in compliance with the Bank\' s and regulatory requirements.
Expectation
- To ensure that cut off times and SLAs of various products are met.
- To ensure 100% accuracy and quality in tasks performed
- Ensure handling of enquiries and update of statuses of cases are timely and accurate.
Responsibilities
- Check and verify application forms & documents received.
- Perform signature verification and ensure signers are in accordance with mandate given.
- Perform screening where required.
- Update systems on documents received.
- Handle enquiries & follow up.
- Update tracking spreadsheets
- Any other duties assigned in the course of work or rotation of duties.
Requirements
- University graduate
- Good communication skills
- Good team player
- Able to work independently, fast, and accurate.
- Preferably have pre-processing skills (signature verification, compliance checks)
- Basic knowledge of PC and internet security
- Microsoft word, access & excel skills.
