Role Summary



Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales to lead and execute a project-focused channel strategy across Singapore, with additional oversight of initiatives in Taiwan. This role places strong emphasis on the construction industry, including residential, office, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing distributor and contractor relationships, driving revenue growth through project-based sales, and leading a cross-functional team of sales, marketing, and technical professionals.





Key Responsibilities:



Channel Strategy & Project Sales



Develop and execute a channel-led project sales strategy for Singapore, focusing on distributors, system integrators, and M&E contractors. Collaborate with key partners on joint business plans to grow market share in construction-related projects. Build strong relationships with principal contractors, project consultants, and developers to drive early engagement during the design/specification stage.

Business Development



Identify and track major construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects across private and public sectors. Drive conversion from design/specification to procurement and delivery, ensuring channel capability aligns with project needs.

Product & Market Integration



Promote and cross-sell the full product portfolio across different verticals including residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare. Customize channel training and value propositions to suit segment-specific needs.

Leadership & Internal Collaboration



Lead and mentor a team across Sales, Marketing, and Technical functions. Set and manage team KPIs tied to revenue, project pipeline, and channel engagement. Partner with regional and global teams to ensure alignment with broader strategic goals. Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to support execution and fulfilment.

Required Skills & Experience:



Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in project or channel sales in the construction, electrical, or building technologies sector. Proven ability to lead and scale sales teams with a performance-driven approach. Strong knowledge of Singapore's developer, contractor, and M&E consultant network. Demonstrated experience in working with distributors on project-based sales cycles. Excellent commercial acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to navigate a multinational matrix environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Electrical or Building Engineering is a plus). Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
