Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Market insights: track industry trends and obtain the latest market information during customer visits, conduct surveys and feedback, including market trend research, target customers, competition situation, market forecast, industry standards, etc.; Product planning: collect and analyze market competing product information in daily work, using his or her discretion to assist other internal team members of the company in product planning and product certification; Product marketing: using his or her discretion to draft and develop product marketing tools, such as product manuals, product marketing brochure and power points, engineering manuals and other technical materials on behalf of the company; Project support: follow up specific projects in the overseas energy storage market, propose energy storage solutions, remote installation supervision and product debugging, fault analysis and handling; Sales technical support: provide technical support for sales, including: (1) answering customer technical questions, (2) guiding customer needs with technology, and (3) providing customers with product knowledge and product application training in three aspects; and Any other job responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

Credential Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, electrical, electronics and other science and engineering majors are preferred, fluent in spoken English; Fresh graduate OR 1-3years working experience in EV chager /photovoltaic/energy storage inverters, energy storage system OR research and development, testing, pre-sales/after-sales technical support, marketing, power supply industry, etc.; Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to withstand pressure; and have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, willing to study and diligent in practice.
