Job Description
Responsibilities/requirements:
- Able to manage the space, inventory, and be prepared to be hands-on with cleaning and sorting.
- Background/experience with inventory and stocktaking
- Prepared to manage volunteers
- Able to liaise with corporates, stakeholders, govt bodies, donors & workers
- Background in admin and/or facilities would be helpful
- Must be able to work at 470 Upper Paya Lebar Road (inspIRRe office) from Monday to Friday.
- Be responsive on weekends via whatsapp if needed over the weekends.
What you will be doing:
- Managing volunteers: eg. creating regular sign-up sheets, communicating with volunteers as to
- Managing the migrant workers who visit inspIRRe: eg. creating regular booking forms, figuring
- Being the representative for inspIRRe and replying to emails from corporates, stakeholders,
- Tagging all the inventory at the store and updating it promptly
- Overall incharge of inspIRRe including liasing with landlord, cleaners, contractors, ensuring
