Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Transporting clients and baby from hospitals to our centers and vice versa.
- Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks and daily inspection on the car conditions for safety.
- Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
- Familiar with Singapore roads and utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
- Interacting with clients in a professional conduct.
- Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
- Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient petrol and are always ready for use.
- Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
- Updating monthly mileage records.
- Handle some errands / meal pickups and deliveries as directed
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Possess valid Class 3 driving license
- At least 5 years of driving experience with no accident and demerit points
- Have safe driving habits and adhere to road traffic rules
- Honest, reliable, meticulous and with a good working attitude
- Must not disclose any confidential information to any external parties
- 5.5 day work week, must be able to work weekend and PH
- Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin
