Job Description
Experienced Chef de Cuisine required for luxury hotel in Brunei. Ideal candidate will be an accomplished hands-on cook, that has the ability to train and lead the restaurant kitchen team by example, be fully HACCP compliant, and resourceful. A solid track record of employment in the luxury hotel industry in International brands, with a recognized diploma in Culinary arts is desirable.
