We are looking for a Chef De Partie (Garde Manger) to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and plate all cold kitchen items including Salads, Cold appetizers, Dressings, Terrines, Pates and Canapes etc
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Shangri-La's high standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cold kitchen area, adhering to HACCP and local health regulations
Monitor stock levels, check freshness of ingredients, and ensure proper storage
Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service operations
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of working experience
Proven experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in reputable restaurants or hotels
Strong knowledge of cold food preparation techniques and presentation
In-depth understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and culinary trends
