What You'll Be Doing

Prepare and cook dishes across a variety of cuisines with consistency and precision. Work with fresh seafood and premium meats, developing advanced butchery and handling skills. Contribute your culinary background to help shape unique, event-specific menus. Assist in prep schedules, logistics, and kitchen flow for smooth event execution. Uphold hygiene, safety, and organizational standards. Support and collaborate with the team, ensuring seamless service.

What We're Looking For

Chef de Partie

: At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.

Junior Sous Chef

: At least 5 years of experience, with the ability to lead sections and guide junior staff. Passionate about food, adaptable to different cuisines and event styles. Strong focus on quality, presentation, and consistency. Team player with a willingness to learn and grow. Interest in developing beyond cooking -- into planning, operations, and leadership.
