We're looking for a
Cook / Chef de Partie
who loves food, thrives under pressure, and enjoys being part of a team that works hard and plays harder.
What You'll Be Doing
Bring the Heat
Prep, cook, and plate dishes fast, fresh, and consistently.
Keep flavours bold and plating sharp, even when service is at full tilt.
Deliver Quality Every Time
Check every plate before it leaves the pass -- tasty, consistent, and Instagram-ready.
Stick to proper portions and never compromise on standards.
Work as One Team
Collaborate closely with FOH to keep service running smooth.
Join pre-shift briefings and pitch in ideas to keep the energy high.
Stay Ready for the Rush
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised station at all times.
Handle equipment with care and flag issues early so nothing slows the flow.
Stay Stocked & Smart
Keep tabs on inventory, report shortages, and rotate stock efficiently.
Minimise waste by prepping and portioning smartly.
Menu Magic
Brainstorm and test new dishes together with both FOH and BOH.
Share ideas that are fun, bold, and true to the Chupitos spirit.
What We're Looking For
Prior experience as a Chef de Partie or cook in a professional kitchen.
Strong cooking skills and solid knowledge of kitchen operations.
Good communicator who thrives in a fast-moving team.
Able to perform under pressure in a high-energy environment.
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
Culinary training or certification is a bonus, not a must.
