Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices Managing and training any Commis Chefs/ Cook Monitoring portion and waste control Overseeing the maintenance and safety of kitchen, and food safety standards Job Requirement: Candidate must possess at least GCE 'O/ N' Level, Diploma 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
