Requirement:
- Start 0630 shift, 7.5 hrs a day.
- Relevant minimum 1 year experience from cafes & restaurant
- Food hygiene certificate
- Relevant culinary qualification from Singapore institutions
- Ability to operate independently and efficiently to fulfil assigned task by Sous Chef and CDPs
- Able to start IMMEDIATELYResponsibility:
- Mis en place
- Cleaning up of used equipment & work stations
- Cook menu item orders fired by service staff
- Take instructions from Sous chef, CDPS
- Be responsible for stock inventory and place order with suppliers
- Maintain positive attitude and establish team work with co-workerBenefits:
