Job Description


Responsibilities :

  • Training of junior staff
  • Ability to manage entire station independently
  • Take responsibility for receiving and safe storage of food ingredients
  • Ensure first in first out (FIFO) practices are used in the restaurant
  • Assist Sous Chefs with maintaining of equipment and kitchen facilities
  • To be responsible for personal hygiene and grooming
Requirements :
  • Some experience in European/Mediterranean/Spanish cuisine
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
  • Able to commit weekends and public holidays
  • Good team player and outgoing
  • Knowledge of different culinary techniques
  • Able to be versatile and multitasking
