We're looking for strong, hands-on CDPs to take ownership of their station and inspire junior staff. Great chance to be part of a growing team with exciting menus!
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee a specific section (grill, pasta, salad, etc.)
Ensure high food quality and presentation standards
Train and guide junior staff
Manage stock for your section and ensure FIFO
Work closely with Head Chef to implement kitchen goals
Guide other kitchen staff in their daily tasks as needed.
Ensure that food handling, hygiene, and storage procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements:
Min 3 years' experience in a similar role
Able to lead by example and handle peak periods
Strong technical skills and kitchen discipline
Familiarity with food safety guidelines
Physically fit to handle kitchen pressure
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
