Job Responsibilities:



Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes Work closely with the Chef de Partie and support kitchen team Monitor stock usage and minimize waste Maintain hygiene and safety in your station Support other kitchen staff in their daily tasks as needed. Ensure that food handling, hygiene, and storage procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements:



Min 1-2 years' kitchen experience preferred Knowledge of basic cooking techniques Team player, able to follow instructions Physically fit to handle kitchen pressure Ability to stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
