Responsibilities
Take care of daily food preparation to meet the restaurant standard
Follow instruction from the superiors and recommendation to complete the task in time
Co-ordinate daily task with the executive chef
Maintain the cleanliness, stock control, organisation and standard of the section
Collaborate with other colleagues
Ensure consistency of food quality and presentation
Training of junior staff
Requirement
Working experience in the similar position
Good listening and communication skill
Able to work in team
Passion for delivery great food and service
Multitask and understanding of profit margin
Familiar order and inventory system
Awareness with culinary trends and best cooking practices
