Caf Natsu is an all-day casual dining concept utilising the best ingredients imported from various regions across Japan. Created by Chef Lewis Barker in collaboration with the Group, it features brunch and lunch favourites with a focus on premium Japanese ingredients, and a sharing style dinner menu tailored around seasonal Japanese produce and best enjoyed with friends or family. The team at Caf Natsu is expanding to a new venue. What you'll be doing: Manage, set up and stock stations Prepare mise-en-place Ensure quality of ingredients Monitor and order inventory when required Ensure hygiene and safety standards Fuel your passion by cooking/baking/crafting best versions of our menu items Be a good role model for your junior team members What we look for in candidates: Be bold, have a never-say-die attitude Team player Strong commitment to succeed To succeed in this role, you should enjoy: Pushing boundaries and venturing into the unknown Grabbing the bull by its horns, taking challenges head on and not back away Owning your work Honing their craft to be a culinary professional Having a high level of service standard and understands the importance of the guest experience The blood, sweat, and beers
