CHEF DE PARTIE (2 positions Full Time) (Bugis/East Coast) Responsibilities: * Work with other kitchen crews as a team * Assist to do basic food preparation following the standard SOP or instr CHEF DE PARTIE (2 positions Full Time) (Bugis/East Coast) Responsibilities: Work with other kitchen crews as a team Assist to do basic food preparation following the standard SOP or instruction by Sous/Head Chef Ensure the Kitchen section have everything they need and be responsible for cleaning the kitchen Manage cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area Ensure food storage at station is tidy and well maintained Ensure hygiene and safety standards are strictly adhered Adhere to company's standard operating procedures Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by Sous/Head Chef Requirements: Commis Chef Min 2 years of working experience in the kitchen Should have Basic Hygiene Certificate Culinary Experience Advantage Energetic and Fun Team Player Kitchen Assistant: Preference are given to those with kitchen experience. Candidates with no experience are also welcome to apply, Training will be given Energetic and Fun Team Player
