Taking care of daily production and other duties assigned by Chef and Sous Chefs to meet the standards of the restaurant. . Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily production. . Adhere to recipes and have full knowledge of all menus items of the station in charge. . Responsible for good Food Hygiene and Sanitation. . Responsible for correct use of the equipment. . Control wastage and be sensitive on food cost. . Ensure proper storage and check quality of ingredients. . Communicate with all team members and other departments maintaining a friendly and great environment. . Ensure a great hospitality experience for all our guests. . Meet daily with sous chefs and chef for events, up-coming and last minute change.
