We are seeking for a candidate with passion on Culinary and experienced to join our Kitchen team. . Assist Sous Chef/Chefs in preparing fine/semi-fine dining cuisine . Ensure quality of food . Monitor stock level and inventory . Compliance with the kitchen cleanliness and hygiene . Complete preparations of house-made ingredients with proper care . Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of chefs
