PANEVINO ("bread and wine") is a newly opened company that is dedicated to delivering handmade food from traditional recipes using quality ingredients. Cugini Trattoria Pizzeria, which launched in early 2009 is one of the brands belonging to PANEVINO.
Role Description:
- Italian restaurant - In charge of Grill/ Pizza/ Starter
- Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene
- Train and develop junior chefs
- Full-time \xe2\x80\x93 5 days and a half week
- Western cuisine trained
- Culinary school qualifications are a plus
- Previous experience leading a kitchen section
