Job Description


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains the highest possible hygiene and maintenance standards.
  • Instructs and leads subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation as per standards set by Sous Chef.
  • Controls food cost by practicing economy of inventory items and stock taking.
  • Conducts a complete daily line check to ensure all food safety and standard compliance is adhered to.
  • To ensure that all food is coming out according to SOP and that each items are tested for quality control.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with valid basic food hygiene certificate or equivalent.
  • A good command in spoken and written English.
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
  • Experience in specific entity’s cuisine will be a bonus.
