Assisting the Head Chef or Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices Managing and training any Commis Chefs/ Cook Monitoring portion and waste control Overseeing the maintenance and safety of kitchen, and food safety standards Job Requirement: Candidate must possess at least a, GCE 'A' Level, GCE 'N' Level, Diploma 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
