Job Summary:\xc2\xb7 Basic $2800-$3200\xc2\xb7 6Days\xc2\xb7 9 Hour (Retail hour)\xc2\xb7 Islandwide\xc2\xb7 Meal Provided + Transport Allowance\xc2\xb7 AWS + Performance Bonus + On-duty bonusJob Responsibilities:- Responsible for a specific section or station in the kitchen, overseeing the preparation of dishes and ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen to ensure that all dishes from the assigned station are prepared according to the restaurant\'s standards.
- Execute intricate and detailed cooking techniques required for fine-dining cuisine.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Work closely with other members of the kitchen team to coordinate the timing of dishes.
- Assist in managing inventory for the assigned station and report to sous chef or head chef regarding ingredient needs and shortages.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised station.
