  • Develop menu in collaboration with colleagues - be creative
  • Enforce strict health & safety and hygiene standards; follow and uphold health codes and regulations
  • Follow restaurant policies, procedures and service standards
  • Ensure a safe environment for colleagues and guests by upholding the safety regulations
  • Maintain consistency in the preparation of food items according to restaurant standards
  • Manage budget and food costings
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure all essential items are ordered on a regular basis
  • Maintain proper rotation of products to minimise wastage / spoilage
  • Keep workstation and equipment clean, organised, sanitised, and running smoothly
  • Performs other duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach; with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations and/or peak hours of the restaurant
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
NOTES
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 per month depending on experience and skills
  • Schedule: 5 - 5.5 Days

  • Dress code: Own attire, black smart casual or chef's jacket if preferred
  • No quota for work passes or work permits
