Monitor profitability and costs for the operations of the kitchen . Create new recipes to renew menus based on assessments of proposed recommendations . Monitor and able to complete the preparation of workstations before the start of each service . Manage customer experience . Ensure kitchen safety and food hygiene are followed according to NEA standards. . Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items. . Hands-on experience in Indian cuisine is preferred. . Ready to work long term . Monitor profitability and costs for the operations of the kitchen
