Job Description


Working schedule: 6days work week, work 8 - 10 hours only per day
Location: Island wide
At least 1 year experience
Basic + Allowances + OT pay + Performance bonus
Permanent role

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie, Cook
  • Good food presentation skills and prepare food by the established standards
  • Possess high food standard quality and culinary skills
  • Able to understand kitchen operation and the processes
  • Cleaning of food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and washing of utensils.
  • Coordinates with the service and other departments on kitchen and customers\' requirement
