• Experienced in culinary skills for Italian cuisine
• Knowledge in creating menus using premium, locally-sourced ingredients that remain aligned to regional traditions
• Experienced in managing all kitchen operations, working together with the culinary team, control costs through detailed planning - to ensure smooth dining experience in the restaurant
