Job Description

Salary Range : $5K to $6K

6 days work week (Mon to Sat)

8.45am to 6.00pm

Responsibility

-A hands on chef

-To run, supervise and manage daily 3 kitchens operations effectively.

-Ability to produce amazing buffet setting with effective cost control

-Manage efficiently outlets Sous Chefs

-Creation of classic and innovative menu based on specific concepts.

-Budget, cost and quality control.

-Lean manpower scheduling.

-Work closely and efficiently with clients and other departments

Requirements:

-Client and contract management, institutional catering or similar

-Culinary skilled and trained with experience in local Asian and Western

-5 years experience in related position.

-Knowledge and good understanding of hygiene, health and safety practices and regulations

-Good experience in seasonal ingredient and big scale on-site premium events.

-Ability to plan and execute strategies to achieve company's objectives.

-Have initiative, is hard working and able to lead the kitchens by him/herself.

-Had set up a restaurant kitchens before.
