Job Description

Prepare and cook dishes according to standardized recipes and quality standards Ensure food presentation meets the restaurant's expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control Follow food safety and hygiene regulations strictly Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service Assist in menu development and dish improvement when required Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Head Chef or management

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:



Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen Skilled in

Chinese and/or Western cuisine

(candidates with both preferred) Good understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques Ability to follow recipes, plating standards, and hygiene procedures Strong sense of responsibility and time management Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Team player with good communication skills * Flexibility to be assigned based on the cuisine type or kitchen section
