Prepare and cook Japanese dishes in accordance with established menu standards and recipes
Ensure food quality, flavor, and presentation consistently meet brand expectations
Assist with food preparation tasks such as cutting, portioning, and plating
Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations
Support inventory management, including ingredient storage and stock rotation
Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless daily operations
Receive, inspect, and store kitchen supplies appropriately
Perform any other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a kitchen or F&B environment
Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate
Good team player with effective communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic understanding of kitchen safety and food hygiene practices
