Compulsory working during weekend and public holiday. Willing to work shifting schedule between 7:30am to 11:00pm. Non air condition working environment. Willing to perform overtime. Must specialized in north Indian cuisine & south Indian cuisine. Need experience in tandoori . Knowledgeable in making sweet is advantage. Preparing daily menu, stock monitoring and in charge for kitchen ordering.
