Work Week: 6 days per week (One day rest per week)
Working Hours: 12 hours per day
Lunch Break: One hour per day
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook traditional Italian dishes to the highest standard.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and ordering supplies.
Collaborate with the team to create new seasonal menus and specials.
Ensure the kitchen maintains a clean and organized environment.
Provide leadership and training to the kitchen staff as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Proven of four (4) years of relevant experience in preparing Italian cuisine, including pasta, pizza, sauces, and other traditional dishes.
Experience in customer service with a strong ability to focus on sensory details such as taste, texture, and appearance. A master's degree in Arts is definitely an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Italian culinary traditions and techniques of pizza.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Team player with good communication skills.
