We're seeking an experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team in preparing high-quality meals for Indian foreign workers. The successful candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management to ensure efficient and safe food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and prepare menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of Indian foreign workers
Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained
Develop and implement recipes, menus, and cooking procedures
Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize food usage
Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless delivery of meals
Requirements:-
Minimum 10 years of experience as a chef, preferably in a high-volume kitchen(2000-5000 PAX)
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
Excellent leadership and management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
