Job Scope:
Prepare and cook cuisine such as local cuisine, salads, soups, and sauces.
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients when necessary.
Ensure all food items are stored properly and comply with food safety standards.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and timely food preparation.
* Assist in menu development and recipe improvement when required.
